About The Position
At Brookfield Properties, we understand that a 'one-size-fits-all' approach doesn’t work when it comes to residential living. Our portfolio features a wide range of options for any stage of life, all offering unparalleled quality, service, and support. As a Leasing Consultant, you will meet with prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and determine eligibility based on established criteria. You will show vacant and model suites, quote rental rates, and follow up with leads. Your role will also involve managing social media activities to increase engagement and maintaining lease records and files. You will support the applicant screening process and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
