About The Position

The Leasing Consultant at Morse Street Apartments is responsible for managing the leasing process for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community. This role involves touring potential residents, handling inquiries, processing applications, and addressing resident concerns, all while promoting the community through various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in Property Management
  • Experience with high rise lease up preferred
  • Knowledge of Yardi Software
  • Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work most weekends and during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

  • Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
  • Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
  • Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly/monthly reports
  • Resolving resident issues or concerns
  • Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
  • Marketing of the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
