About The Position

The Leasing Consultant at The Peninsula at Buckhead is responsible for executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing lease renewals while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or One Site).
• Current valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer-facing role in property management or sales.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property.
• Manage lease enforcement processes including inspections, evictions, and collections.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appeal of the property through daily inspections.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy.
