Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
  • Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or One Site).
  • Current Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
  • Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements.
  • Responsible for lease enforcement process including apartment inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications.
  • Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
  • Responsible for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal of property.
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues.
  • Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
