About The Position
Do you love working with people and want an opportunity to help them find their new home? AMLI Residential has a new and exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at our luxury communities in Irving, Texas, specifically at AMLI Las Colinas and AMLI Campion Trail. As the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our luxury communities. This includes interacting directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy, generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, hosting and planning resident events, and utilizing our 'SMART Office' technology to engage our customers and create more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. Your duties will include leasing to qualified prospects by showing available apartments, greeting and qualifying prospects, following up on prospective residents, and marketing the community to prospects via telephone, Internet, and social media/networking programs. You will also be responsible for timely and accurately processing all required administrative forms, leases, and related information. Providing quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints is essential, as is maintaining relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Additionally, you will maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager, which includes participation in resident activities and shopping competition regularly. Maintaining the professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community is also part of your role, ensuring a professional appearance and manner for oneself.
