About The Position
The Kingston Apartments (LCOR) is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in McLean, VA. This full-time position is integral to our residential property management operations, focusing on providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for conducting tours of the apartments, showcasing the community's features and amenities to potential residents. This role requires a proactive approach to leasing, including answering leasing calls, responding to online inquiries, and processing applications efficiently. The successful candidate will prepare lease paperwork and generate weekly and monthly reports to track leasing activities and performance metrics. In addition to leasing responsibilities, the Leasing Consultant will play a key role in resolving resident issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordination and follow-up of maintenance requests will also be part of the role, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Marketing the community is another critical aspect of this position, which involves creating online advertisements, engaging in corporate outreach, and utilizing social media platforms to attract potential residents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to maintaining the community's reputation for excellence. This position requires working most weekends, with two days off during the week, and the ability to work during inclement weather.
