The Leasing Consultant at MAA Georgetown Grove is responsible for managing the leasing process for the property, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and facilitating lease agreements while promoting the community's features and benefits.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in sales or leasing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of property management and leasing processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the apartment leasing industry.
  • Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective residents and provide information about the property.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
