About The Position
Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for La Mirage Apartments in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional property management services. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for various leasing, retention, and occupancy duties, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. The role requires a strong customer service focus, as the consultant will create a lasting impression on visitors, prospects, and residents alike. The Leasing Consultant will engage with potential residents, qualify them based on established criteria, and prepare necessary move-in packages and lease paperwork. This position also involves maintaining accurate records of all interactions, inspecting available units, and communicating service needs to the Community Manager. The consultant will assist in processing applications, monitoring renewals, and representing the company professionally at all times. In addition to leasing responsibilities, the Leasing Consultant will be expected to accept rental payments, input information into the Yardi System, and assist the management team with various tasks as required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including the possibility of evenings and weekends, and a commitment to ongoing training and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, and walk the property for extended periods, as well as the capability to lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary.
