About The Position

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant/Housekeeper to assist at our property Mustang Heights in Sweetwater, TX. The Leasing Professional is the community’s sales representative. We are looking for someone extremely service oriented; cheerful and articulate, friendly and welcoming, quick to put people at ease, extremely organized and are always looking for opportunities to be proactive with service and quick. This person will also be responsible for weekly cleaning of the property office as well as some other make ready duties at he property.

Requirements

1+ years of apartment leasing experience
Flexibility for a dynamic role
Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
Excellent customer service skills
Dependable and punctual
Valid driver’s license, required
Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test, required
Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted
