Floating employees must maintain the flexibility to travel and work at different locations, often with little advance notice, to cover staffing gaps, provide specialized assistance, or manage temporary surges in workload. The ability to quickly adapt to new environments, teams, and property-specific needs is essential for success in this role, ensuring all assigned locations receive the same high standard of support.
