About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease the property to achieve occupancy goals.
• Implement sales and marketing activities on and off-site.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and manage lease renewals.
• Interact with residents and address concerns professionally.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies and collections.
• Prepare and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
• Promote resident services initiatives and engage residents in activities.
• Participate in required training sessions and support other communities as assigned.
