About The Position

As a Ranger at RangeWater, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company’s performance. The Leasing Consultant executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This includes performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
  • Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or One Site).
  • Current Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, and show apartments.
  • Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare the lease and move-in package, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Complete various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports.
  • Design and execute offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property.
  • Keep informed of changes in technology, industry standards, leasing and sales tools and processes.
  • Execute lease enforcement processes including apartment inspections, evictions, and collections.
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
  • Execute activities in support of the property's lease renewal program.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appearance of the property.
  • Inspect the property daily to meet the Company's standards for show quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals.
