About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team at a premier 250+ unit Class AA community in Midtown, Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, marketing acumen, and customer service excellence in a new construction property within a growing organization. You will play a vital role in driving occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of apartment leasing or residential sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and leasing targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clientele
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Yardi, Onesite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work three to four weekends per month, including Saturday and Sunday hours
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate leasing activities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with new construction or Class AA properties
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with property management software platforms
  • Proven success in a high-volume leasing environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and lease consultations with prospective residents, effectively communicating property features and lease terms
  • Generate leads through proactive sales efforts, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic management
  • Execute lease agreements and process resident applications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents to maximize retention and referrals
  • Manage social media presence and marketing initiatives to increase property visibility and lead generation
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property amenities, floor plans, pricing, and promotional offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with property management team to ensure seamless resident move-in and ongoing satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
