As a Leasing Consultant, you will spend half of your week effectively marketing your community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents. The other half of your time will involve providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property. You will proactively respond to sales leads, promote the community by addressing resident needs, and provide information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities. Additionally, you will invite and schedule prospective residents for community tours, employ effective selling techniques to close deals, and support community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence and offering input on advertising campaigns. You will also explain lease provisions and community policies, ensure comprehensive move-in activities, conduct orientations for new residents, and manage leasing documents while ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
