Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing roles
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Prior on-site leasing experience or formal leasing training, preferred
Spanish speaking strongly preferred
Familiarity with Fair Housing principles and leasing regulations, preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems, leasing software, and digital tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Professional appearance with confident presentation skills
Goal-oriented with strong closing and negotiation abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and some evenings
Authorization to work in the United States
Walk the property, including stairs and outdoor areas, for tours and inspections
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
Visually inspect units and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and readiness
Perform work in both indoor office settings and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule and conduct property tours
Present and promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits
Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
Process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documents in accordance with company policies
Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure smooth resident transitions
Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems
Support resident retention initiatives and lease renewal campaigns
Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to generate leads and increase brand visibility
Ensure model units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and tour-ready
Support planning and execution of resident events and promotional activities
Lead and promote safe and healthy work practices in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned
