Requirements

• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in a well-known BigLaw firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting, communication, client-service, and negotiation skills.
• Must be admitted to the NY bar.

• Experience in industrial leasing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases with an emphasis on retail and office leases.
• Collaborate with team members on leasing, lease litigation, and bankruptcy.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong communication.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
