About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic temporary fulltime Leasing Associate/ Lifestyles Coordinator for its Evergreen at Hulen Bend a 237 unit Senior Living Community. Tentatively 6-12 months of employment. This position is responsible to serve as the property leasing representative, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities.. Recruits and trains volunteers. Prepares a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous leasing experience in related industry preferred.
