About The Position
The Leasing Associate at Holland Partner Group is a vital role responsible for leasing apartment homes to potential residents while providing exceptional customer service. This position serves as the first point of contact at the property, ensuring that all interactions with potential and current residents are positive and professional. The Leasing Associate will follow the Point of Sale Process, which includes conducting property tours, following up on leads, processing applications, managing lease files, and coordinating move-ins in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures. In addition to leasing responsibilities, the Leasing Associate acts as a liaison between residents and management, maintaining clear communication and documentation regarding resident concerns. This role requires a thorough understanding of the lease documents, community amenities, and the condition of vacant units. The Leasing Associate will work closely with the Sales Team to enhance property income, encourage resident retention, and promote lease renewals, while also identifying additional income opportunities through the Point of Sale Renewal program. The position involves collecting security deposits and rents, maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities, and ensuring effective communication with the Sales and Maintenance Teams. The Leasing Associate will also be responsible for promoting positive online reviews, participating in market surveys, and organizing community activities. This role requires a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, adhering to company standards, and representing the community and Holland Partner Group professionally at all times.
