About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to support our leasing team during evenings and weekends. This role is responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, maintaining the presentation of community spaces, and providing excellent service to current residents. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming community environment.

This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of residents and visitors.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, phone systems, and office software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guided tours of the property to prospective residents through scheduled appointments and walk-in visits
• Deliver excellent customer service to current residents and prospective tenants.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist prospective tenants with rental applications and provide support throughout the leasing process
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse, pool area, and outdoor community spaces
• Monitor common areas to ensure residents and guests follow community rules and safety guidelines
• Communicate resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests to the appropriate staff
• Help prepare marketing materials and ensure leasing information is accurate and up to date
• Support community events or resident engagement activities when scheduled.
