Leasing/Assistant Community Manager - Village Park Apartments
About The Position
Position: Assistant Community Manager Village Park Apartments (115 units) 2045 Village Park Way Encinitas, CA 92024 www.GainesInvestmentTrust.com Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses What You Will Do: • Support day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance • Greet and engage prospects and residents, providing exceptional customer service • Conduct apartment tours, identify needs, overcome objections, and close leases • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies • Manage lease renewals and maintain strong resident retention • Collect and post rent, assist with delinquency management, and support eviction processes as needed • Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and urgency • Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems • Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a positive and productive work environment • Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure timely communication and service • Support overall property goals, occupancy, and resident satisfaction What You Will Bring: • 1+ years of experience in multifamily housing • Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills • Positive, professional, and engaging communication style • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems preferred • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently • Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance • Valid driver’s license required Why Work for GIT: Not only do we invest in properties, but we invest in YOU. Requirements
