About The Position

Requirements

  • High level of analytical and decision-making skills for financial evaluations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting documents and reports.
  • Strong computer skills for contract production and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the University Centers and Real Estate Department in matters related to third-party lease holders.
  • Manage daily administration of over 25 property leases and licenses within the Price Center, Student Center, and Student Services Center.
  • Conduct commercial market analyses and lease analyses to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate legal review in lease negotiations and lease preparation for retail spaces.
  • Provide real estate consultative services, including annual property budgets and financial reports.
  • Engage with the University Centers Advisory Board for shared governance in retail program decisions.
  • Establish program goals and objectives that align with the department's vision and campus needs.
