About The Position

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for touring prospects, explaining lease terms, and highlighting the unique features and benefits of the community. You will actively follow up on leads, manage applications, and work closely with the property team to achieve occupancy goals. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships are key to success in this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Leasing 101 certification within 3 months

Nice To Haves

• Yardi experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and benefits
• Follow up with prospects and work to close leases
• Process applications and secure deposits in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
• Track traffic, guest cards, and leasing activity
• Assist current residents and ensure excellent customer service
• Handle service requests and follow up as needed
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing
