We’re seeking an energetic and skilled Leasing Agent II to join our Las Vegas portfolio. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, creating positive resident experiences, and supporting the community’s success. This role is ideal for leasing professionals ready to advance their careers with a results-driven, collaborative team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing and occupancy goals.
Professional, reliable, and highly organized with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet, tour, and lease apartments to prospective residents in alignment with company standards.
Generate leads and manage follow-up to consistently achieve leasing goals.
Prepare lease agreements, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate leasing files.
Conduct move-in orientations to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.
Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and online advertising.
Manage lease renewals and foster strong resident relationships to support retention.
Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, and current market trends.
Collaborate with community and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
