Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screenings, and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions to develop marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use property management software to track availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure community and show units meet quality standards through daily inspections.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.
• Execute activities in support of the lease renewal program.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client concerns.
