Requirements

On-site leasing experience
Proven experience in property management or leasing administration
Strong proficiency in Entrata and Blue Moon; familiarity with digital marketing practices
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Overseeing online listing services (ILS) to maintain accuracy and visibility
Implementing digital marketing strategies to boost property exposure
Designing engaging signage to ensure consistent branding
Reviewing and approving leasing applications
Working closely with leasing agents to enhance their proficiency in tools such as Blue Moon and Entrata
Developing and conduct training sessions for leasing staff
Providing ongoing support to improve performance and customer interactions
Monitoring and analyzing leasing performance metrics
Preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to management
