About The Position

This Leasing Consultant position is for an exciting new lease-up at our Active Adult community in Northglenn, CO. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and help shape the resident experience from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in sales and leasing activities.
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi).
  • Ability to perform physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Knowledge of local market conditions and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartment homes.
  • Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare the lease and move-in package, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Collect all pertinent information from prospective residents at move-in.
  • Update the market survey to stay informed about current market and competitor conditions.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
  • Design and execute marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability and manage resident data.
  • Ensure that the property and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality.
  • Execute activities in support of the property’s lease renewal program.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions.
  • Attend community and networking events to drive traffic to the community.
  • Utilize current CRM to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database.
  • Organize and ensure adequate supply of sales collateral and marketing materials.

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $25.00–$30.00.
  • Estimated Annual Earnings: $64,000–$70,000.
  • Paid Time Off: 5.5 weeks (accrued).
