About The Position
Comma King George in Surrey is excited to announce a new lease-up opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Lease-Up Property Manager to join our team. Located in the heart of downtown Surrey, just minutes from the King George SkyTrain Station, Comma King George offers 392 rental apartments and townhomes in a vibrant, well-connected neighbourhood. Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. Ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Canadian Human Rights Act and Provincial Fair Housing Laws, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
