Education Assistance WHO YOU ARE You are an experienced Lease-Up Manager with at least three (3) years of experience in multifamily housing leasing, property management, or lease-up/marketing roles and a passion for customer service. Overall, you are responsible for leading all leasing and occupancy efforts for newly constructed multifamily communities, primarily within affordable housing programs (e.g. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit [LIHTC], Housing & Urban Development [HUD], and Project-Based Vouchers [PBV]), with occasional conventional multifamily assets. The position requires strong project coordination, regulatory compliance expertise, customer service excellence, and sales-driven performance. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Ensure successful pre-leasing, full lease-up, and a smooth transition into stabilized operations. Act as the on-site Community Manager until the property achieves occupancy and financial thresholds that support a dedicated Community Manager, as needed. Deliver the highest level of operations, customer service, physical conditions and financial results. Develop innovative solutions and best practices. Cultivate a positive living experience for residents. Perform and/or oversee: resident management, lease management, asset management, operational and financial management and administration.
