With luxurious amenities and a convenient location, let Prose Southcenter be the backdrop of your unique story. The schedule for this role is Friday to Tuesday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. What your day might look like Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes Community event planning and execution Follow up with prospects by phone and email Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units Assisting in lease renewals Respond to resident concerns What we are looking for Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions High level of professionalism in both manner and dress What sets us apart: Greystar maintains a focus on people, genuine relationships, and shared values with a diverse and inclusive culture.
