As a Lease-Up Community Manager, you’ll oversee a new construction, BTR community featuring spacious one- to four-bedroom cottages, duplexes, carriage homes, and townhomes-all built with bright, open-concept layouts and high-end finishes. Your passion for excellence will shine as you lead your team and ensure every aspect of the community is run with accuracy, efficiency, and heart.
Requirements
- A seasoned professional with new construction experience
- 3-5 years of management experience in multi-family assets (build-to-rent, condominiums, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden-style properties)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with stakeholders and new residents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and payroll systems
- A passion for leadership, service, and creating a positive impact in the community
