About The Position
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 260-unit lease-up property located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Community Manager will manage team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. This role ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws governing multi-family housing operations. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of lease-up experience as a community manager.
