We are seeking a Lease Up Assistant who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The specialist will support communities until stabilization. This position is responsible for creation of branding + logo design, marketing and outreach plans, lease up marketing budgets, build out and all marketing items necessary, and leasing support. The specialist will work closely with clients to ensure their vision/community brand is brought to life.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Prior administrative experience

Nice To Haves

• Property management experience preferred
