The position involves assisting the property manager in meeting or exceeding financial goals and operating the asset in the owners' best interests and in accordance with Policies & Procedures. The role includes maintaining accurate records of all transactions, assisting with legal actions, coordinating vendor scheduling, and conducting property tours for prospective tenants. The candidate will also assist in the leasing process, confirm leases, conduct inspections, and ensure community appearance and security through regular property inspections.
