About The Position

The Lease Processor I is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding as well as supporting the Lease Processing Team with administrative tasks. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer's experience by ensuring compliance with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies and maintaining confidentiality when handling personal information.

Requirements

• Entry-level; no previous experience required.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple files effectively and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• Overtime - required on an as-needed basis.
• Travel 0-10% - as required on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.
• Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities.
• Inspect lease package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent documentation.
• Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.
• Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, driver's license, residence, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers.
• Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non-compliant funding issues.
• Actively manage a shared email inbox, ensuring timely responses to incoming messages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
