The individual will submit work requests as per the workflow process and perform tasks that contribute to the achievement of Scout's strategic objectives. Understanding alarm management to minimize downtime (DT) and maintaining awareness of DT effects on volumes is crucial. The role also includes monitoring lease costs to achieve 0% tool and equipment loss, performing lease maintenance to eliminate contract labor, and utilizing a 'buddy system' to reduce overtime effects. Other various tasks may be assigned by the Foreman.
