About The Position

The Lease Operator/Contract Pumper at ONE X LLC is responsible for overseeing production operations and ensuring compliance with safety and reporting requirements. This entry-level position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while managing production facilities effectively.

Requirements

• Completed Operator 1 level training in Operator Assessment Booklet
• Passed the Field Operator Training Exam
• Ability to explain the production process and safety considerations
• Ability to identify all applicable equipment, parts, and ratings
• Experience with variations and safety nuances of process flow from wellhead to production tanks/CPF line
• Capable of properly draining scrub pots, knockouts, and blow cases
• Able to lift 50-100lbs and work long hours in extreme conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• On-time for pickup and location
• Ready to work with appropriate PPE and additional clothing for weather, water, and food
• Responsible for the knowledge and oversight of SSE expectations
• Reporting accurate, hourly data or required customer frequency
• Read and record all tank gauges
• Expert tank management
• Support production operations with minimal supervision
• Communicate and annotate detailed shift changes
• Report timely data to OneX CP Supervisors & Management
• Report daily hours in ADP by 0700
• Keep location organized and clean of debris, trash, and obstructions.
