Golf & Ski Warehouse in West Lebanon is hiring a Lease Equipment Coordinator. Requirements

Ability to lift 65 pounds or more, several times per day, is required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
Attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

Ski product knowledge preferred, but not completely necessary.
Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required.
College degree is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with the movement of inter-store transfers on a weekly basis (driving a company vehicle). This will include non-lease items.
Distribute lease skis, boots, boards and poles to each location from October 1- January 15th. During the period noted, this will be done on a weekly basis
Lease inventory management inclusive of in-store, warehouse and off-site storage.
Assist with the purchase and distribution of new lease equipment
Establish par stock levels both in-store and off-site storage facilities
Return product from stores to West Lebanon warehouse. Confirm that each of the following tasks have been completed prior to moving.
1) set aside (in a pre-determined location) damaged, unindemnified or questionable merchandise for regional manager review prior to disposal. If it is determined the items should be disposed, the Lease Equipment Coordinator will provide the receiving manager with the information to remove the goods from inventory.
2) skis and snowboards have been properly tuned. Skis must be banded as a pair via zip tie.
3) ski and snowboard boots must be zip tied as a pair and placed in a box with like size and sex boots. All boxes must be labeled with gender, size, quantity and store of origin.
4) Store in the West Lebanon warehouse by size and gender.
Assist with tuning lease skis and snowboards as dictated by the flow of merchandise.
Test and acquire ski binding certifications affording the option to assist with binding work if needed. (This could also lead to repair shop hours in the winter months.)
Assist with the reconciliation of lease returns versus the goods that were distributed. At a pre-determined time, contact delinquent customers and charge as necessary.
Assist with the maintenance requirements of the two company vehicles.
Assist in the golf repair shop seasonally. The tasks will include re-gripping and shaft installations. The frequency of this will be determined by the amount of time remaining after the lease responsibilities have been completed.
Assist on the sales floor as time allows
