About The Position

Looking to hire a Lease Analyst to focus on Bank Reconciliations for a Property Management company in Woodbridge, NJ! This is 5 days a week onsite role that focuses heavily on bank reconciliations and administrative work! Responsibilities Process applicant and tenant files, ensuring Section 8 vouchers, RTA packets, and HAP contracts are complete. Maintain tenant profiles in Yardi, reconcile ledgers, and organize housing files. Communicate with tenants, landlords, and caseworkers; handle work orders and renewal packets. Prepare and send required documents, ACH confirmations, and housing checks to legal/finance. Manage CARES Act notices, delinquency reports, and court filings for tenants with rent balances. Oversee lease renewals, accountable mail logs, and compliance with Housing Authority requirements. Qualifications: ·2+ years of bank reconciliation experience ·Knowledge of Yardi (preferred, not required) ·Strong Excel skills (capable of Vlookups/Pivot Tables) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbridge, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of bank reconciliation experience
