Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local! We are looking for a Lease Administrator to actively coordinate and participate in all functions of Real Estate Administration. This role is crucial in managing the administration of leases, real property agreements, real property records, and real property payments. The Lease Administrator will share the responsibility of establishing best practices in the areas of Real Estate and Land Administration functions, ensuring timely payments of contractual obligations per executed Real Estate Agreements, and ensuring compliance with company and department policies and standards related to Real Estate activities. The primary responsibilities include facilitating tenant improvement and construction allowance submissions to landlords by tracking construction timelines and document requirements. The Lease Administrator will analyze year-end reconciliations from landlords for Common Area Maintenance (CAM), insurance, and real estate taxes to ensure accuracy and reflect true costs. Additionally, this position will process lease documents, manage property requirements, update landlord information in the lease management system as needed, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments. The Lease Administrator will also contribute real estate updates for company reporting purposes, making this role integral to the overall success of the company's real estate operations.
