About The Position

CSI Leasing is looking for a Lease Administration Supervisor to help a growing department continue to provide a high level of service. CSI has been investing in our employees for five decades, start your journey with us today!   After a training period, this person will supervise 3 to 5 employees within the Lease Administration department. Daily tasks include: Daily review of administrator work, which includes data entry, purchase orders, legal documents and check requests. Actively managing a few accounts/transactions with customer, vendors and CSI Sales Representatives interactions.  Review of Certificate of Acceptance. Communications with various departments inside CSI and all levels of Management. Communications with CSI customers and vendors.

Requirements

  • Two to three years prior supervisory experience in a detailed oriented environment (data entry, deadlines, performance guidance and reviews, having dealt with challenging employees)
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed preferred.
