About The Position
The Lease Accounting Manager is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the Lease Accounting strategy and process performance for the organization. This role involves leading a team to ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, managing lease accounting tools, and developing corporate policies. The manager will also oversee the reconciliation of lease accounting data, prepare reporting packages, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
