We are looking for someone to help drive the development, expansion, and facilitation of our employee development and technical engineering programs. This role requires strong program management and technical facilitation expertise in an engineering organization, along with experience partnering with senior leaders and technical cross functional teams. In this role, you will develop and deliver new technical initiatives and programs designed to enhance the experience and development of all HWE employees, ranging from those who are very early in their careers to senior leadership. We are searching for someone who has technical expertise, strong facilitation skills, and experience collaborating with senior leadership. You will blend your understanding of Apple culture with data on the best strategies to strengthen new and existing HWE programs. You should be able to effectively prioritize, drive decisions, and problem solve while working both collaboratively and individually. You will also need to use data to track the efficacy of initiatives, implement methods of collecting feedback, and apply what you learn to continuously iterate, change, and improve programs and practices. You should be comfortable influencing a diverse and passionate group, ranging from executives to those early in their careers.
