About The Position
The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. By analyzing the changing nature of work against our client's business outcomes, we can work with them to compose the workforce required for their business to thrive. Our Workforce Transformation services helps reimagine talent management strategies across leadership, learning, rewards, inclusion, performance management, career mobility, and talent acquisition.
