Learning Technology Administrator

We are seeking a Learning Technology Administrator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The Learning Technology Administrator (LTA) oversees and supports the enterprise learning technologies. They control day to day functions of centralized Learning Management System (LMS) administration functions and enterprise student assignments. A key resource to enable Parallon's new hire onboarding processes through the utilization of technologies supporting content delivery and new hire logistics. This role partners and facilitates decisions with education and operational leaders. The learning technology administrator should be a self-starter with solid technical abilities to navigate various platforms and systems supporting learning (HealthStream (LMS), SharePoint, PerView, Power Automate, WebEx, Microsoft Excel, PowerApps, and Microsoft Forms). This role interacts with enterprise Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Parallon operations teams. As a highly visible department representative, this person consistently demonstrates a strong service commitment by continually striving to meet and exceed expectations.
