About The Position
The Learning and Talent Development Specialist at the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Manager of Learning and Talent Development by coordinating the Authority-wide learning and development strategy. This position is responsible for delivering talent management programs, coordinating training initiatives, and enhancing internal performance capacity through collaboration with PHA leaders. The Specialist also manages the performance evaluation processes and undertakes various other duties as assigned.
