About The Position

As a Learning Strategy Senior Specialist , you will play a critical role in developing training solutions that bring Best Buy’s enterprise learning strategies to life—particularly within our rapidly expanding Beyond the Trade business areas, including Best Buy Ads and our Third‑Party Marketplace. In this role, you will create functional training content that supports teams working in dynamic Retail Media Network (RMN) and 3P marketplace environments. By collaborating closely with immediate team members and cross‑functional partners, you will ensure seamless coordination, effective communication, and the successful delivery of learning experiences across these emerging business areas. You’ll contribute to a modern learning ecosystem by supporting program execution, shaping content strategy, and helping advance strategic learning initiatives tied to business growth and innovation. This role is hybrid , which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in project coordination, facilitation, or training delivery (virtual and in person)
  • 2 years of demonstrating ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational understanding of Retail Media Networks (RMN), including key ad products such as sponsored search, sponsored display, onsite placements, and offsite programmatic.
  • Familiarity with marketplace or 3P seller ecosystems and how advertising drives product visibility, traffic, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with immediate team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and clarity on learning initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to drive clarity, maintain consistency, and promote adoption of key priorities.
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training experiences in hybrid environments to support learner needs.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination, professionalism, and adaptability across learning programs.
  • Independently execute assigned initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Connect insights and analytics across business units to support strategic prioritization and personalized learner experiences.
  • Support the design and execution of emerging talent programs, including analyst development within marketplace and category/merchandising functions.
