About The Position

Our client, a leader in the luxury fashion industry, is undergoing an exciting transformation within their executive team. With a renewed vision to strengthen their brand-building capabilities and foster a consumer-centric mindset across the organization, they are seeking a Learning Strategist/Instructional Designer Consultant to spearhead the creation of a Training Academy for corporate employees. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the company's evolving vision. You will bring a strong instructional design perspective to shape engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in instructional design and learning experience development.
• Proven track record in learning strategy and curriculum design.
• A creative mindset with modern design experience to craft engaging learning solutions.
• Ability to recommend best practices for effective and scalable learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing a learning strategy tailored to the company's needs.
• Leveraging existing content while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop new training materials.
• Creating blended learning solutions, with an initial focus on instructor-led training.
• Providing expert recommendations on learning best practices and modern instructional design methodologies.
