Banesco USA is seeking a Learning Specialist for our Human Capital business unit.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in LMS administration and a background in delivering technical or process-based training.
Technical Aptitude: A strong comfort level with learning new technologies quickly and the ability to translate technical steps into easy-to-follow user guides.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate training to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly regarding compliance reporting and data management.
Adaptability: Ability to work and complete tasks producing high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.
Software Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS), providing technical support to colleagues and resolving system issues.
Responsible for uploading, assigning, and tracking mandatory compliance training across the organization.
Generate and analyze detailed reports for compliance and leadership to ensure 100% adherence to regulatory training requirements.
Responsible for the management of the external training process which includes but is not limited to tuition reimbursement, external specialized training, etc.
Create engaging training content and comprehensive user guides to facilitate on-the-job efficiency and the upskilling of new hires.
Deliver training sessions through both virtual platforms and in-person workshops, ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants.
Work closely with different business units to identify needs and deliver refresher training on specific departmental processes and technology.
Proactively learn and master new internal technologies to effectively teach and support staff during system updates or migrations.
Plan and organize training sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource allocation.
Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned by the Learning & Development Manager.
