About The Position
As a Learning Specialist at COUNTRY Financial, you will develop, direct, plan and evaluate learning solutions to meet the talent development needs in our Commercial Agribusiness Underwriting Operations division. You will partner with our trainers, project team members and business areas to conduct in-depth job task analysis and/or needs assessments to identify business goals, instructional objectives, programs, and training operational resources to address needs and/or gaps. Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to enhance the knowledge and skills of operations professionals. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet business area standards and organizational objectives. Support continuous professional development in assigned operational areas, fostering a culture of learning, contributing to improved operational efficiency and service quality.
