In this role, you will be responsible for delivering instructor-led classroom (physical and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of NAS products to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes to provide associates with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively perform their jobs. The Learning Specialist may also conduct new hire orientation/organizational overview sessions as required. The Learning Specialist will also provide input to the instructional design team for enhancements, updates, etc. to existing training curriculum and may participate in the instructional development process by testing/editing training materials and by providing feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks. Focus on delivery of business unit tool training and process training No two days are the same. You will do everything from creating design documents, developing compelling content, testing and deploying content, establishing training plans, overseeing translations, measuring results, and more. You will do this all to the highest standards with an eye on appealing to multi-generational talent and the modern learner and by partnering across the learning organization to apply innovative techniques in instructional design. To thrive in the role, you have entry-level experience in the learning & development field. You have developed training content in various modalities (i.e., eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids) and/or have facilitation experience, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines.
